• How does the translation process work?

  Our work is 100% human translation carried out by professional translators. Our translators are founded all over the world and have a minimum of 5 years of experience as professional translators. Most carry a variety of accreditations and certifications, but this varies per translator as there is no standard worldwide accreditation or certification for translators.

• Who will translate my documents?

• How long does the translation take?

  Turnaround time depends on several factors which includes the word count, language pair, current demand, translator availability and complexity of the source document to name a few. In general, 1-3 page documents (up to 660 words) are delivered digitally in 24 hours or less. When the total is more than 3 sheets we contact you to give you a prompt answer for the delivery of the documents.

• How much does it cost?

  The cost per sheet is $19.99 where each sheet is 220 words or less.

• What languages do you translate?

  We provide translations for more than 60 languages. Please review the full list of our supported languages. If you require a language we do not have listed please contact us, we can likely still assist you.

• What documents do you translate?

  We can translate nearly any legible document. If you are unsure if your document is translatable, please contact our support team.

• Will your translation be accepted?

  Our translations are mostly accepted by governments, courts, universities, NGOs, migration offices, etc. It is the client responsability to ensure our translation will meet the specific requirements of the receiving office. If you aren’t sure, don’t hesitate to contact us with a list of their requirements and we can review them with you.

  We regularly perform translations for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and are intimately familiar with their requirements. Every day our customers submit their documents to these agencies that guarantee the acceptance of our certified translations

• Can I provide notes about my documents?

  Yes, during checkout you will find a notes field where you can enter any notes you’d like our staff or your translator to have. Proper spelling of names, places or any type of information that you want us to have in mind.

• Can I call To Go Translation?

  We offer email support to ensure accuracy and efficiency in supporting your translation requirements. We found that phone support was to vulnerable to miscommunication when dealing with the wide variety of documents and languages we support.

• Can I send or drop any documents?

  We only accept digital files uploaded through this website’s secure uploader for quotes and orders. This is the safest and most efficient way to handle your documents.
